Dr. Murray Charged with Killing Michael Jackson

Dr. Murray has been finally charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson. The D.A. alleges Dr. Murray “did unlawfully, and without malice, kill Michael Joseph Jackson … in the commission of an unlawful act … and in the commission of a lawful act which might have produced death, in an unlawful manner, and without due caution”. This will now be the beginning of the ‘trial of the century’.

Dr. Murray will be arraigned today but he does plan to plead not guilty. He is expected to get bail at $25,000 today as well. If convicted, he could be sentenced to 4 years…a far cry from what many think he deserves.
